My Comics Android Application Privacy Policy Agreement

My Comics, (My Comics), is committed to keeping any and all personal information collected of those individuals that use the application confidential, secure and private.  Our privacy policy has been designed and created to ensure those who use the My Comics software of our commitment and realization of our obligation not only to meet but to exceed most existing privacy standards.

Therefore, this Privacy Policy Agreement shall apply to the My Comics application, and thus it shall govern any and all data collection and usage thereof.  Through the use of the My Comics application you are herein consenting to the following data procedures expressed within this agreement.

It is highly recommended and suggested that you review the privacy policy and statements of any website you choose to use or frequent as a means to better understand the way in which other websites garner, make use of, and share information collected.

The My Comics application does not collect or store any information, personal or otherwise, about the user or anyone affiliated with the user.  The only instances where the user's contact information is accessed is when the user opts to send a Text Message (SMS),  Multimedia Message (MMS), or Email to another individual.  This information is in no way collected, stored, or saved in or by the My Comics application.

Non-Marketing Purposes

The My Comics application greatly respects your privacy.  We do maintain the right to save any communication between the the user and the creators of the My Comics application as it relates to questions, help requests, enhancement ideas, bugs, and/or changes to the My Comics application (i.e. new releases).

Children Under Age of 13

The My Comics application does not collect or store any information, personal or otherwise, about the user or anyone affiliated with the user.  Furthermore, the My Comics application does not and will never knowingly collect any information, personal or otherwise, from children without parental consent.  However, should it be discovered that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from the application.

Unsubscribe or Opt-Out

The user may choose to deny the My Comics application the necessary permissions to read their stored contacts information at any time.  (To fully understand how to revoke permissions once granted, see the help guide for your given Android device.)  However, denying read access to the device's contacts, will render all SMS, MMS, and Email functionality useless.

Links to Other Websites

The My Comics application does contain links to affiliate and other websites.  My Comics does not claim nor accept the responsibility for any privacy policies, practices, and/or procedures for other such websites.  Therefore, we encourage all users to be aware when they leave the My Comics application and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.  The aforementioned Privacy Polity Agreement applies only and solely to the My Comics application.

My Comics reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those changes to our website, so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information.  If at any point in time changes to this privacy policy are made, all users will be made aware through the My Comics application interface.  Users at that time shall have the option as whether or not to permit the use of their information in this separate manner.

Acceptance of Terms

Through the use of the My Comics software, you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated within the aforementioned Privacy Policy Agreement.  IF you are not in agreement with out terms and conditions, then you should refrain from further use of our sites.  In addition, your continued use of the My Comics application following the posting of any updates or changes to our terms and conditions shall mean that you are in agreement and acceptance of such changes.
